1. In your opinion, what is the meaning of makeup to us?
I don't think there's really anything wrong with makeup because it's supposed to be something that people have fun and feel alive. There are no rules when it comes to makeup, but only if you make sure your base makeup suits your skin tone. But I assure you, the eyeshadow will suit everyone even with Klein Blue! Because makeup isn't just an everyday beauty tool, it's actually a way to express yourself through style. Skincare and primer are everything when it comes to achieving a flawless makeup look. If you find the most appropriate way to take care of your skin in normal times, you may not feel that you need too much help from make-up. A healthy diet also contributes to a radiant complexion. Do not apply too much product to the skin.
2. People are always talking about new beauty trends. How to find the makeup style that suits you best?
I don't care about the trend, I am more interested in the mood of that day and that moment. For example, are you feeling a little down today? It's better to put on red lipstick, people have a complexion, and the mood may be different. For me, the mood-altering effects of makeup are immediate and I feel instantly stronger, which is amazing. This is what I've been using for years in my beauty work. Trends are out of touch with how we feel, and what works best for you will be a look that makes you feel empowered and confident.
3. How has the perception of cosmetics changed in recent years?
People want to have fun with makeup again, they want red lipstick, sparkly eyeshadow. Many of us are nostalgic for the days of full makeup during the pandemic. So now back to normal life, everyone is thinking about making makeup fun. Makeup is closely related to emotions, mental health, and subconscious, and colors often represent stories. I look at makeup in a very different way than purely aesthetic. My philosophy is that "beauty products are a tool to celebrate yourself", learn to love yourself for who you are, but this idea is still not recognized in the beauty industry.
4. Can you share a secret about creating a beautiful makeup look?
Lip makeup with a slightly smudged border. All you need to do is apply the lipstick or lipstick directly, then rub your finger around the lips to blur the edges. It is very easy to use without any complicated tricks. If you want to be more thoughtful, it is better to use a small makeup brush, the effect is also very good.

1. What are the most common makeup mistakes and how can we avoid them?
Using the wrong skin care products is a common mistake. While it goes without saying that great makeup requires great skincare, the key is using the right skincare products for your skin type, which can change with age, season or environment. If your skin is dehydrated, your makeup won't hold; if you don't exfoliate properly, you won't be satisfied with your makeup either. In my opinion, when it comes to creating the perfect makeup look, skincare is 80% and makeup is 20%. Another common mistake is choosing products that conflict with each other. We often choose cosmetics on impulse. In fact, whether the cosmetics are coordinated with each other, whether they suit your skin tone, and whether they can complement each other with skin care products, these details will affect the integrity of the makeup. The culprit of uneven foundation is usually an overly nourishing moisturizer, which repels water-based liquid foundation. I encourage people to use cleaner products, especially without petroleum-derived ingredients, to ensure that makeup and skincare work together rather than against each other. Choosing the wrong foundation color is also very common. The base color of your foundation is just as important as the formula itself, it is recommended to use a base that matches your skin tone and not try to correct or change your true skin tone as it will make you look unnatural. If you want a warmer look, use a bronzer instead of a darker shade of foundation; if you have cool-toned, rosy skin, never try to counteract redness by covering it up with a warmer undertone.
2. When spring and summer turn seasons, the skin in some areas may be extremely dry. How to prevent the nose and cheeks from taking off makeup?
I recommend reassessing your skin's moisture levels during the changing seasons to choose a more appropriate moisturizer and primer. If some areas of your skin are unusually dry, while others are more oily, it's best to address these issues before applying foundation. I usually use a light serum to provide enough moisture to areas of the skin that need extra moisturization, while ensuring that excess oily areas are treated – Chanteca's Bio Lifting Serum+ does just that. It's also the only serum I can safely use on my clients with extremely sensitive skin. If foundation wears off near the T-zone, use a lighter moisturizer and a primer to help it stay put. My favorite primer for spring and summer is Chanteca Ultra Sun Protection, which has an oil-free formula that feels silky and provides SPF protection while creating a better-fitting base. Using a sheer foundation formula is also key during the warmer months. With summer approaching, a tinted moisturizer or water-based gel foundation is usually my go-to. You can also lightly sprinkle loose powder on the foundation, such as Chanteca HD Translucent Powder, to make the foundation more adherent and absorb excess oil or moisture, especially on the T-zone. Remember to be very gentle when setting your makeup with loose powder.
3. Beauty trends are changing day by day. How to find the makeup that suits you best?
Beauty trends are usually accompanied by ephemeral freshness, so I prefer long-lasting makeup, which I think is more suitable for the lifestyle and personal aesthetics of most women. However, I encourage all beauty artists and makeup lovers to experiment with more color. Play around with lipstick shades, even if it looks shocking at first glance. The same goes for eyeshadow, blush, etc. After all, beauty products don't stay on the face forever. You can try to think of makeup as part of your wardrobe, as another accessory, like finding the right earrings or handbag, and with some experimentation, finding the right eyeshadow or eyeliner.
4. Can you share some tips for creating a long-lasting makeup in spring and summer?
First you need a flawless "canvas". On hot summer days, I tend to use Chanteca Bio Lifting Oil-Free Fluid+ lotion, which not only provides the skin with extremely comfortable oil-free moisture, but also helps balance oil secretion. Next, I massage a dab of Sheer Glow Rose Face Tint into the skin, leaving skin hydrated through primer and even foundation, creating an amazing healthy-looking glow from the inside out. After correcting my complexion with proper concealer and primer, I focus most of my attention on highlighting my cheeks and eye area, applying a light sheer layer of makeup to bring more radiance and definition to the face. This spring, I recommend using one or two soft desaturated shades for a natural garden and girly look, while adding depth to the eyes. Use these colors alone or in combination to smudge the shade on the lids for a simple and modern look, perfect for spring and summer. Finally, I love using Faux Cils Longest Lash Mascara for extra long, lustrous lashes.

1. How do we understand our skin condition and choose the most suitable skin care products?
There are all kinds of skin care products on the market now, but not all products are suitable for you. If you want to have healthy skin, you must know your skin type and use suitable skin care products according to your needs. There is a relatively easy way to judge your own skin quality, that is, do not apply any skin care products after washing your face, and observe the skin condition after a few hours. If oily or shiny, it may be oily skin. If it feels dry or flaky, you may have dry skin. If your skin is dry in some areas and oily in other areas (usually the T-zone), you most likely have combination skin. Skin is considered normal if it is not particularly dry or oily. Of course, if you want to analyze your skin condition accurately, you can go directly to medical beauty clinics. Many medical beauty clinics have VISIA skin quality detectors. Through professional medical analysis, you can get a comprehensive understanding of skin conditions. Once you know your skin type, it will be much easier to choose the right skin care products!
– Oily skin: Because sebum secretion is relatively strong, it is recommended to choose some refreshing and oil-controlling skin care products. Even if the oily skin has a strong sebum secretion, do not over-clean the oil on the face, which will cause the skin to secrete more oil. It is mainly to control the excessive secretion of skin oil and achieve the best state of skin balance, which is the way to maintain oily skin.
– Dry skin: The cheeks are dry, prone to wrinkles, and the skin is prone to peeling and peeling. It is usually recommended to increase moisturizing and choose moisturizing or moisturizing skin care products. But you can't choose products that are too sticky, because it may make it difficult for the skin to absorb nutrients and cause skin burden.
– Combination skin: The maintenance of mixed skin lies in the oil-water balance of different parts. For example, the T-zone is more likely to produce oil, so you can choose refreshing and oil-controlling maintenance products. The drier skin on the cheeks can emphasize moisturizing and choose moister skin care products.
– Normal skin: Normal skin is an ideal healthy skin, just do basic maintenance and cleaning properly.
2. What are the common mistakes in skin care?
Apply a face mask every day. Many celebrities advocate applying facial masks every day, but in fact, except for moisturizing masks, other functional masks are not recommended to be used every day. For example, the more common whitening masks and exfoliating masks, if used frequently, may cause skin redness or allergies, and may also reduce skin immunity. The second common misconception is exfoliating too often. The metabolism of keratinocytes is a cycle almost every 28 days. Exfoliating products vary from person to person, so it is recommended to use them under the guidance of a doctor to avoid damage to the skin. Another common mistake is to wash your face with hot water, which can easily damage the skin's protective sebum layer, and it is also prone to excessive skin tightness and wrinkles. If you wash your face with cold water, it can shrink the pores due to thermal expansion and contraction, but it cannot clean the grease and dust accumulated in the pores. Therefore, you can feel the temperature of the water with your hands. The water temperature that does not feel cold or hot to the touch is the best temperature for the skin. Another misunderstanding is that you don't need to wear sunscreen indoors and on cloudy days. Many people think that there is no need to wear sunscreen when there is no big sun, but in fact this is a wrong concept. Although the sun cannot be seen, there are still ultraviolet rays. Sunscreen is to isolate the damage caused by ultraviolet rays to the skin, so it is recommended that you apply products with an SPF of about 30 at least once a day to reduce the damage caused by ultraviolet rays to the skin.
3. Do you have any suggestions for skin repair and maintenance after surgery?
After general medical aesthetic treatment, avoid overheating water when washing your face. Use lukewarm water. Facial cleansers are mainly mild and moisturizing products. Cleaning products containing acids and exfoliating ingredients must be avoided. Second, all medical aesthetic treatments are a process of "destroying first and then building". The secret to maintaining the rebuilt skin quality for a longer period of time is closely related to postoperative moisturizing and repairing. After the operation, you can choose to use non-irritating moisturizing products and masks. Also, sun protection is a must! After the course of treatment, the skin is very sensitive to light. If there is no sun protection, it is easy to cause anti-darkness, and the previous course of treatment will fall short. Mild and anti-allergic sunscreen products with high SPF are very important. Within a week after surgery, even the indoor light cannot be ignored. Sunscreen must be done well to make the cosmetic items more effective.
4. What treatment suggestions are there for skin conditions caused by anxiety?
You can try red and blue light, fruit acid peeling or pisecond and photon to stimulate the regeneration of collagen in the skin, rebuild the health of the skin, and be more resistant to external stimuli. At the same time, these items are good choices for treating acne and acne. Red and blue light can inhibit and reduce the oil output of sebaceous glands, while inhibiting the inflammation of acne and improving oily skin. Fruit acid peeling can speed up the metabolism of acne, and can also help the keratin to restore the normal metabolism speed, simultaneously improve the dryness of the skin, and enhance the water content and water retention of the skin. Picosecond or photon therapy can tighten the sebaceous glands and reduce the amount of oil out of the skin. If a complete course of treatment is completed, it can also significantly reduce pores, help keratin metabolism, and make the skin healthier!

1. What are the most common skincare myths?
The first is excessive exfoliation. Many people use chemical or physical exfoliation products too frequently. In addition, not applying sunscreen and incomplete makeup removal are also common problems.
2. How does the change of seasons between spring and summer affect our skin, and how to solve these problems?
As the weather warms up, skin tends to be more oily than usual. Producing more sebum means this can lead to more acne. Dior La Mousse OFF/ON Foaming Cleanser breaks down excess sebum, dirt and impurities without breaking down the skin's own protective barrier. In addition to using high-efficiency cleansing products, you also choose water-based moisturizing products during the changing seasons, so as not to overload the skin.
3. What effective skin care ingredients should people know about?
Some of my favorite ingredients are included in Dior's latest Capture Totale Le Serum. Containing multiple forms of Hyaluronic Acid, including a newly patented HA poly filler to instantly moisturize and plump skin, this serum is infused with Vitamin B3, Vitamin C, anti-aging peptides, and the signature Fermented Herba Glow Extract , helps regenerate and restore skin cells. Mandelic Acid is my personal favorite AHA, it helps resurface skin, reduce acne, and even out skin texture and tone.
4. How to find the most suitable skin care products?
It can be difficult to find the perfect product for your skin since most people have multiple skin concerns at the same time. Some people may be acne-prone, dry skin, or struggling with hyperpigmentation of the skin. The first step is to deliver nutrients to the skin and strengthen your skin barrier. Pick a hydrating cleanser, a hydrating toner, primer or serum, a moisturizer, and never forget to use sun protection. You can familiarize your skin with these basic skin care products first, and then look for specific skin care products to deal with your own skin problems, such as acne, pigmentation, etc.

1. What are the most common hairdressing mistakes?
I think the most common hair care mistake is not thoroughly cleansing the scalp. When shampooing, we must gently rub and clean the scalp with fingertips or tools. If you only wash your hair a few times a week, it's best to shampoo twice in the shower to stimulate the follicles and remove all impurities from the scalp. I recommend alternating between the two shampoos. I use the Soothing Rebalancing Shampoo from the Hair Rituel range from Sisley once a week and the Revitalizing Volumizing Shampoo from the same range the rest of the days. Of course, the most important thing is to choose hair care products according to your own needs.
2. Many people lose their hair in spring, how to solve this problem?
Even if you don't wash your hair every day, you should brush or massage your scalp to keep the skin on the scalp irritated. Hair follicle stimulation helps to improve hair loss problems. Another suggestion is to use a scalp-specific serum every other day, my favorite being the Revitalizing Fortifying Serum from Sisley's Hair Care range.
3. For people who often dye or perm their hair, what advice do you have on hair care?
My suggestion is to use a sulfate free shampoo and an extremely moisturizing conditioner. I also recommend a weekly deep hair treatment to prevent dryness, I like to use the Restructuring Nourishing Balm from the Sisley Hair Rituel range, apply it to the ends and leave it on overnight, then rinse it out in the morning.
4. Does the hair get used to certain shampoos, making it less effective?
Hair and scalp change with different climates and seasons. Because of this, when my hair gets greasy in the summer, I tend to use a balancing or purifying shampoo, and a moisturizing shampoo in the winter.
5. What are some noteworthy hair trends for Spring/Summer 2023?
Curly and straight shag cuts will be a big trend. I've seen a lot of layered hairstyles and bouncy curls in the style of '90s supermodels. The updo is also making a comeback, and more and more classic French updos with plenty of accessories may also be on our radar.

1. What are the most common hair care mistakes?
The most common mistake is not using the right product for your hair type according to your specific needs, which is why it is best to ask a stylist to create a hair care regimen for you, as they have a better understanding of hair type, various hair care product lines. The second most common mistake is to use too much heat to style without taking proper care of your hair. Redken Quick Blowout Blow Dry Primer is a great primer spray that reduces blow dry time, which means less heat damage for hair, plus heat protection and moisturizes and shine.
2. How often should we change hair care products such as shampoo?
Hair care products should usually be changed seasonally, or after people have changed their hair color significantly. As summer approaches, many people are opting to dye their hair lighter and their hair will be exposed to the sun for longer. The chemicals in hair coloring products are likely to damage the hair, while the strands become drier from exposure to the sun. For chemical damage, Redken's signature product, Redken Extreme, harnesses protein science to repair damaged hair from the inside out. For sun-dried hair, use the Redken All Soft range, which instantly softens and moisturizes hair.
3. What hair care advice do you have for someone who regularly dyes, curls or uses a lot of styling products?
For people who color their hair regularly, it depends on the color type. If you're only dyeing a solid color or touch-ups at the roots, the Redken Color Extend Magnetics range is great for extending the life of your color and maintaining its shine; those with curly hair can use the Extreme range, which restores the inner structure of your hair; if styling products are left on your hair, we recommend Apply a cleansing treatment cream and let it sit for 5 minutes to cleanse hair and remove dirt. Also, I recommend an occasional visit to the salon for a professional treatment, like the Shades EQ Gloss Treatment, which adds shine and visually brightens and balances the color, which is the secret of many celebrities with shiny locks.
4. Does hair really get used to certain shampoos and become less effective?
I wouldn't use "habit" to describe it, it's just that hair is constantly changing depending on how you treat it. If you've been using restorative formulas, your hair has probably received enough restorative care that you don't need this beauty step any more. So for how to care for your hair, the factors you need to consider are protein, moisture, and whether your hair has been color treated.
5. What are some noteworthy styling trends for Spring/Summer 2023?
The cutting craze is back! People are cutting their hair short into layered bobs and '90s-inspired butterfly haircuts, and we're moving away from the straight, drab long hair that's been all the rage for a while. The men's side part is also making a comeback, which is more flattering for most people anyway.
